数週間のうちに、Plug Powerは、対面式のトレーニングおよびオンボーディングプログラムをAR仮想スマートグラスベースのトレーニングプログラムに適応させることができました。

ARサポートプログラムは、Plug Power技術者にUbimax FrontlineソフトウェアがプリインストールされたVuzix　スマートグラスで構成されるキットを提供され、これにより、技術者はトレーナーと遠隔でハンズフリー作業プロセスをキャプチャして確認できるだけでなく、より高価な対面式のトレーニングイベントや集会の必要性もなくなりました。
